What we do
-
We welcome learners of all ages, cultures, faiths and backgrounds to experience the rich resources Peterborough Cathedral has to offer.
-
We develop creative, cross-curricular activities to support schools and families.
-
Using a multi-sensory approach we encourage learners to explore and grow in understanding of this ancient, living, sacred space.
-
We want learners to feel amazed, curious and eager to discover more.
-
We want them to feel able and willing to return.
Activities we offer to schools
Our activities are tailored to different Key Stages and take place either in the Cathedral or in the Education Centre in the Precincts. Activities can be combined to create a well balance day of practical learning. If what you want isn't listed, we are happy to create a bespoke activity for your school. We warmly welcome students with special needs and will adapt our activities to meet the needs of all users.
