Upcoming Events
Peterborough Cathedral stands as one of the finest Norman cathedrals in Europe and has been a place of worship, learning, and welcome for over 1,350 years. As a registered charity, our mission is to maintain daily worship open to all, conserve this magnificent building for future generations, deliver educational programmes for schools and families, and serve our wider community. The Cathedral is also the final resting place of Katharine of Aragon, renowned for its exquisite medieval artwork and rich history. Income from our events, tours, and visitor activities directly supports this charitable work. A quiet designated Chapel remains freely open for private prayer, reflection, and the lighting of candles.Â
