Two photography tours are being held at Peterborough Cathedral in April. A ‘Beginners’ Photography Tour’ is happening on Saturday 14th April, while an ‘Architectural Photography Advanced Tour’ will take place on Monday 23rd April.

Nerves of steel will be required on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th May as risk-takers take part in a 150 foot abseil down the north west tower of Peterborough Cathedral.

Peterborough Cathedral will be hosting two special events on Thursday 8th March to mark International Women’s Day.

Pancake day was fun! Around 75 children plus their adults braved the cold weather to take part in the Family Pancake Olympics on the green in front of the Cathedral yesterday morning.

It was announced on 9th February 2018 that the Revd Canon Tim Alban Jones, Residentiary Canon and the Bishop of Peterborough’s Chaplain, has accepted the role of Vice Dean at the Cathedral.

The Very Revd Chris Dalliston was installed as the 47th Dean of Peterborough at a special service this afternoon (20th January 2018).
