To celebrate National Gardening Week, come along and learn the fundamentals of softwood cuttings and make your own to take home.
A member of the Cathedral gardens team will teach you the best practises in preparation, cuttings and aftercare.
They will also lead you on a tour of the Cathedral gardens, where there has been much new planting in recent months. Here you can select your own materials, before putting your new skills into practise and ask any questions as you go along.
You will leave the course with up to six cuttings to take home and add to your own garden!
This course is aimed at beginner gardeners and does not require any previous knowledge. Equipment will be provided, however participants MUST bring their own gloves.
At the start of the Workshop, meet at the Welcome Desk just inside the Cathedral entrance, at 10.30am.
Tickets
Tuesday 2nd May, from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
£25 per person + booking fee.
Please note our ticket terms and conditions before you book.
