Take a dive into our new Summer exhibition: Monsters of the Sea!

We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Summer exhibition, "Monsters of the Sea," bought to us by the incredible World Touring Exhibitions and set to enthral audiences from July 15th to September 1st, 2024. Kindly sponsored by ARU Peterborough, this captivating exhibition will feature 16 life-size animatronic sea creatures spanning from prehistoric eras to modern times, offering visitors an exciting journey through the depths of marine history. 


'Monsters of the Sea', promises an immersive experience, transporting visitors into the awe-inspiring world of the ocean's most legendary inhabitants. From the smallest to the largest, each creature will be meticulously crafted to the finest detail, and breathed into life using animatronics. 

Furthermore, a dynamic schedule of marine-themed events will run alongside the exhibition, offering visitors a wealth of opportunities to delve deeper into the wonders of the sea. From guest lectures to family-friendly workshops, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Did you know...
The great white shark (Carcharodon Carcharias) is one of the largest predatory sharks in the ocean, with adults typically reaching lengths of 15 to 20 feet (4.6 to 6 meters)?

Should any unforeseen or exceptional circumstances occur, the Cathedral reserves the right to cancel or postpone this booking, potentially at short notice. In the unlikely event that this should be necessary, the Cathedral undertakes to inform the booker at the earliest opportunity and to make every effort to re-schedule the booking or offer a full refund.

Ticket Exchanges:
Customers can exchange their tickets with TicketSource via e-mail support@ticketsource.co.uk or by phone 0333 666 3366 (Available Monday – Friday 9am – 7pm. Saturday 9am – 5pm excluding Bank Holidays)
To allow TicketSource to process the exchange with the customer, the customer must purchase a new set of tickets for the correct time and date they want to attend. TicketSource finance team will then refund the original booking minus a £1 exchange fee and any delivery or telephone service fees. The customer can process this with the TicketSource team either over the phone or by email.

Whilst on most occasions customers will repurchase tickets that are like for like (i.e the same amount of tickets and same total booking cost) it is possible for the customer to also add additional tickets onto their booking. If a customer purchases tickets that are not like for like (e.g less tickets or tickets with a lower total booking cost) the difference in cost will be refunded back to the customer.
