Opportunities in the Music Department

As a result of a re-structure and expansion of the Music Department staffing, The Chapter of Peterborough Chapter is seeking to appoint to the positions below. All the appointments will begin from September 2020.

Organist (full time, permanent)

This is a role for an outstanding Organist of ability and experience. The successful candidate will play a significant role in the provision of music at the Cathedral, and will assist the Director of Music in ensuring the highest standards of Cathedral music making at all times.

Head of Choral Development (3 days per week, permanent)

This is a role for an outstanding musician of ability and experience of conducting choirs to the highest level. The successful candidate will play a significant role in the provision of choral music at the Cathedral, and will assist the Director of Music in ensuring the highest standards of Cathedral music making at all times.
