Two half day photography classes, which may be booked separately or together, led by expert tutor, Adrian Stone.

Discovering Depth of Field

£30.00 per person

Saturday 26th February from 10.00am to 2.00pm

An opportunity to take photographs during the brightest time of day and learn about its history and architecture from experienced guides. During the session you will explore rarely visited parts of the building, develop your knowledge of how to manage depth of field and create a unique set of photographs.

This class is suitable for enthusiastic amateur photographers.

Expert tuition will be given by experienced photographer, curator and tutor, Adrian Stone. Coffee, tea and biscuits included.

After Hours: A Photographic Masterclass

£50.00 per person

Saturday 26th February from 4.30pm to 9.00pm

This class takes place after the Cathedral has closed to visitors, so participants will have exclusive access during the evening. This is an opportunity to explore the full photographic potential of different lighting and hone your skills in managing depth of field in available lighting. You will see rarely visited parts of the building and discover unusual vantage points. 

This class is suitable for more experienced photographers and also those who have attended the morning's session. 

Expert tuition will be given by experienced photographer, curator and tutor, Adrian Stone. Soup, sandwiches and hot drinks included.

About the Tutor

Adrian Stone has been both the Curator and Education Officer at The Photographic Angle, a national photographic charity. He has taught at City College Peterborough, and judges, lectures and runs photography workshops in the East and South East.
