The Becket Chapel

The Becket Chapel is our largest venue available for private and business functions and can cater for around 45 people for banqueting, 70 theatre style and around 100 people for a more informal set up.

It is a beautiful building with stunning beams, woodwork and a wonderful stained glass window looking out across the Cathedral giving it a light, bright and airy feel of somewhere truly special.

This room can be hired for either meetings and conferencing, champagne and canapé receptions, a small wedding breakfast, private parties or formal events. However, operating hours and noise are slightly restricted due to proximity of Precinct residents.

The building has one large function hall and an additional smaller room overlooking the Cathedral, as well as a reception/breakout room. Full catering and hospitality can be arranged and any equipment that is required can also be hired in.
