As a Church of England Cathedral offering Anglican Communion, the encounter between God and his people is as easy today as it was when Christian worship began on this site in the year 654.

Today, opportunities for worship are plentiful and Choral Evensong is offered at the end of each and every day. We offer a number of Regular Services including both traditional Holy Communion and more reflective forms of worship such as Taize and Wednesday at One. In addition, we host a number of Special Services throughout the year at Easter, Christmas, St. Peter’s Day and in remembrance of Katharine of Aragon who was buried here in 1536.

Here you will also find access to resources to assist you in prayer as we share in the worship of Almighty God including our Sunday Eucharist Services (plus Newsletter) and the choral rota for your interest.
