The Cathedral will be closed to the public from 12.30pm to 2pm on Tuesday 8th May for a funeral. The 2pm Ad-hoc Guided Tour for that day has been cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

This means that we are recommended by Enjoy England – the official website for English tourism led by Visit Britain, Britain’s national tourism agency - as a wonderful place to visit and can provide a quality standard of experience for our visitors according to certain criteria.
