The Education Centre
The Education Centre: available for schools with NC focused activities and a
selection of guided trails, or for
adult groups requiring specialist talks.
What does the Cathedral offer for Schools?
Preliminary visits for teachers can be arranged free of charge.
After a review of prices it has been necessary to adjust the charges for school visits to the Cathedral. After five years at the same price a small increase in charges is unavoidable, but adding 10 or 20 pence makes costing awkward. So the price per pupil is being increased to £1.50, BUT we will allow you one free place in every five booked – thus 15 children would include 3 free places, 59 would gain you 11 free places etc.
Tours and activities can be tailored to your requirements.
Education Centre available for on-site investigations and activities.
