Peterborough Cathedral shop has halved the price of its 2016 calendar and slashed the price of remaining packs of Christmas cards.
Fourteen children enjoyed a week of fun and friendship at the Cathedral in July when Heritage Learning Assistant Judi Horspole led a Holiday Club entitled “Seaside Rock”.
“When you tell a group of children that they are going on a trip they get really excited … until you say it’s to a church!” says Alex Carton who starts work as the Cathedral’s Schools and Families Officer in January.
